Admission

At St. Viveka English Medium School, we follow a First Come, First Served policy for admissions. We believe in providing an inclusive and fair process to ensure that all students have the opportunity to be part of our educational community.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility for admission is determined by the child's age as of 1st April of the year in which admission is being sought. The age-wise criteria for admission are as follows:
Nursery: Age between 3 years and 4 years
L.K.G: Age between 4 years and 5 years
Class 1: Age between 5 years and 6 years
Class 2: Age between 6 years and 7 years
And similarly for higher classes, based on the child's age.

To complete the admission process, the following documents are required:
Valid Birth Proof: Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card
Blood Group Report
Parents' Aadhar Card
Transfer Certificate: Mandatory for students transferring from another school
These documents are required to verify the child's identity, health, and previous schooling (if applicable).

Application Submission: Fill out the Admission Form available on our website or at the school's admission office.
Document Submission: Submit the required documents along with the completed form.
Verification: The submitted documents will be verified by the school's admission team.
Admission Confirmation: Once the application is accepted, an Admission is confirmed.

Admission is granted based on the availability of seats and eligibility criteria.
Priority is given to applications received earlier, as we follow a First Come, First Served policy.
The Transfer Certificate is mandatory for students transferring from another school.
